Inherent mechanical flexibility permits forming and bending into many shapes and sized providing unique adaptability for the process engineer or product designer. Various sheath materials selections are available to provide suitable operation from liquid immersion service through high temperature (1600 deg. F) radiant heating service.

The versatile tubular heater is widely used in a variety of ways for industrial processing such as liquid immersion (with threaded fittings), in free air, clamped on, wrapped around, cast into aluminum bronze or cast iron, on installed into machined grooves or drilled holes in metal parts.
